The 4th International Symposium on
Intelligence Computation and
Applications (ISICA 2009) will be
held on October 23-25, 2009, in
Huangshi, China. ISICA 2009 will
present current progress of theories
and methodologies in the field of
computational intelligence and their
applications.
The accepted papers will be
included in the two volumes of the
proceedings that will be published
by Springer, including one volume in
Lecture Notes in Computer Science (LNCS),
and the other volume in
Communications in Computer and
Information Science (CCIS). The
proceedings of last three ISICA
events have been indexed by EI,
and/or ISTP. Information about the
two volumes can be found on
Springer's LNCS webpage
www.springer.com/lncs. The new
series CCIS is run by Springer in
parallel to LNCS, using the same
resources, the same workflow, the
same templates
and style files. Volumes published
in CCIS are sent to the same
indexing and abstracting services
like LNCS.
To promote the international
communication, the conference
provides free accommodation for
international participants outside
china, and also offers limited
number of registration fee waivers.
